BIG Probs With Powersync Unlooper

I cant get this 2 work @ all , iv read all posts cant figure it out //// i flashed it last night ...> then no program work @ all ......used Newd11x flash & set dips rights , know i havent got a clue what to do.

** looks like it not find the com port i get this with winexplorer ....Can't initialize port com1:
the only other thing iv used on this port is my infinity usb programmer **

right iv tryed XNCS , & i cant evan put into ghost mode ...get this ........Unable to open Com Port (Win error code: 2) SO looks like the prob is it cant find the com port .......can any1 help , how can i check on my sys what else is useng the com , like i said the only thing iv used in com is the programmer in phoenix mode !

What happens when you use JUST your programmer in port 1?
Will it open up nagra edit and report back opening of com port 1 successful

Go into config parameters in winex and set it to the same comport you use with your programmer.

sometines this will happen when winexplorer doesnt give you the unlooper settings in the drop down menu, after you press the configure parameters button. if so you need to drop in the winexplorer folder a proper config settings --

kk wil do ................ i read a card in nagra i while ago with my infinity in phoenix mode & yep it said ...................
Opening of COM1 was successful,bla bla bla, then i just took the lead out of computer & had nothing conected to that port since, unless another program is useing the port .how do u see
