plz read funny story fun card4 + pace 4001 box help needed

i'll try keep this short and simple.i recently bought a 4001 box of a friend of a friend.
first he coulnt tell me the pin(he didnt know it)2nd i kept loosing on demand and then third ive lost on demand some movies,sports and other channels.
when i rang the guy he said he wanted £10 to do the pin. £30 to do the card and blaimed me for having on demand and said its a further £40 to stop that.thats 80 pound for the lot after paying £140 for the box in the first place i were'nt going to be paying a further £80. little did he know i had been finding out a lot on THIS great web site.(big thank you to techwatch and all who make and reply to post).so i told him he was taking the p*ss and sent him on his way.he found it funny and said that was a waste of £140 were'nt it.
so i know how to cut talk back £40 saved .and know how to pull red jumper £10 saved. what a d*ck that guy is!!!!!
SO I REALLY WANNA BE THE WINNER IN ALL THIS AND LEARN ONE MORE THIN.
I WANNA KNOW HOW TO REPROGRAM MY CARD ITS A FUN CARD 4 AND I GOT A INFINITY USB UNLIMTED.
THE CARD STATUS HAS HAS JUST THIS MINUTE GONE FROM OK TO BLACKLISTED AND CANT DO ANYTHING NOW WHICH IS PROP COZ OF TALK BACK NOT BEING CUT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET THIS CARD WORKING AGAIN PLEASE HAVE BEEN READING LOADS OF THREADS BUT HAD TO TELL MY STORY IN THE END PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME OUT.THIS IS DRIVING ME MAD.

Cut talkback on the box as a starting point. Big mistake trying to get On Demand, don't do it, you will get caught. As for programming the card, you need an external eeprom file (contains BK and IRD) and a flash file (contains the channel information). Write them both to the card at the same time but make sure you erase the card completely before writing to it. Also, if you need the BK, read the exteep from the card that belongs to the box and open it with Atmega BK & IRD reader (that's just if you don't already have the numbers). The guy is trying to rip you off bigstyle, I wouldn't even pay somebody £80 to mod the full box never mind change the pin, cut talkback and program the card lol.

I've already cut tlk back as read it is no. One rule of modding.changed my pin using red jumper trick and will try what you saidand aint got bk or ird .p.s feel like a mug for even using that guy just wanna get one over on him now by getting card up and running again

GOT BK AND IRD USING BK AND IRD READER AND GOT THE CARD WORKING BUT STILL AINT GOT ALL THE MOVIES,SPORTS AND FEW OTHER CHANNELS ANYONE HELP WITH THIS CHEERS

m8 is the Bk right? I mean can you get any of the subbs chanels? ie sports movies or are they black screen? does a message come up when u try to watch s**sport?

you will probily have a image with more than one standard tier 8.

software needed, swapbinhex (or simelar), nagradate, nagraedit 4.1 OR xncs1.8

1. open infinity software choosing fun4
2. read all areas
3. save flash if you dont have a copy
4. save ext eep as name.hex(this is the image used with chanal data) *name*= any thing you want (goto OR if using xncs)
5. drag and drop the .hex file into swapbinhex, a .bin file will be created in the folder that the .hex file was in using the same name.
6. open nagra edit 4.1
7. load your .bin file into nagra choose rom 10 or 11 ( it dont matter with funs)
8. using the data editor tab choose Data space.
9. change in all 3 boxes cam id (start with 24 for ntl areas) Same id in all 3.
10. click on standard tier 8 (may be more than 1 if so repeat following steps for each one)
11. open nagra date
12. check rights and expirey dates using nagradate both should be set in the future if not make new dates and enter them into nagra.
13. save edited image typing name2.bin in the file name, and choose all files from dropdown box.
14. load into infinity as ext eep the new file, load the flash then write all.

OR

5. open xncs
6. load saved file (xncs has a hex option)
7. choose fat tab
8. in window click on card and change card number (this is your cam id)
9. use tool option >>extra>>nagra date to check expirey date. change if needed.
10. check rights dates on tier 8, change if required.
11. save file as .bin
12. load into infinity as ext eep the new file, load the flash then write all.
