hi all i have a 255 modem modded but it went down the other day i connected to modem using 250/configartor fine unticked force config put a new mac into it and it still wouldnt come on now i get unlimited connectivity wen wen i connect bk to pc it wont assighn an ip any ideas guys...and now i cant connect using 250/configartor

I had a similier issue, i just persavered with different mac's using the ambit config tool and finally worked.

I also have mine set with the force config unticked now.

hi thanks for reply

i cant connect to it now via 250/conf
it wont assghn an ip i get limited connectivity the 2 tvs in bottom right hand corner with a !in middle of them

set the nic ip to 192.168.100.11 and see if it connects then. you can also try using windows to repair it

Unplug the modem and turn off the pc. leave the modem unplugged for 30secs plug back in leave 30 secs turn pc on. should connect.

hi tryed all of the above changed nick ip to 192.168.100.11 tvs went tryed to connect to modem and got tcp error

what leds are lit up?

Have you checked all details are correct in the configurator like TFTP IP
