Default Flashing the EX7000 with USB Tutorial

Flashing The EX7000HD using USB

1. Download the required firmware
2. Unzip and copy it to your usb pen or equivalent, ensure filename is (flash.tbn).
3. Insert it into the usb slot and switch power off then back on at the rear switch.
3. box will reboot, open the flash file extract it to its memory and install it automatically.
4. Once flashed its a peice of cake select your desired settings, scan then enjoy.

Sounds nice, does it detect and load CDF files automatically also?

nope it uses a different format than cdf

maybe a silly question but we can receive bbc hd right? lol also what file type does it use for channel data? and is there a program to edit them yet?

Yes you will get bbc hd and this unit uses TBN files
