Default the guy at 'MY CABLE BOX'

does anyone have any info on this guy, i bought a e/v ex5000pvr off him in early december, and one of the electrical connection pins where u plug it in at the rear has become dislodged, and is loose inside the box, so far he hasnt responded to my emails, and when i tried to fone him, i keep getting the message ''SCOTT MESSAGES ARE FULL, GOODBYE. am gonna send the box to him for repair, but am a bit dubious, as he doesnt seem to want to be contacted, has anyone had any bother with this bloke. any info much appreciated. ta

I think it's a bit of a design flaw on the EX5000 as my power socket housing is a bit flimsy also and I have to remember not to keep the power cable plugged into the box when bringing it to my computer for flashing.

I'm sure we don't want to rubbish anyone's livelihood and good reputation here, particularly as there may be several with similar names. Why don't you enter the seller's name into e-bay and you will probably find him there, I did and if it's the same one feedback to date has been very positive.
