Hi I am new to all this but i have a modem that has already been flashed and has stopped working. I have tried the ambit 250 config tool but everytime i try i keep getting login and password failure. I have tried the hyperterminal but it still wont help. If anybody could help me it would be much appreciated as it is driving me nuts, thanks.

Do you have a max232?

You don't need passwords if you use one.

hi mate sorry about the late reply no i do not av a max 232lead do i need one if so were will i get one

where ever you got the modem get in touch and ask for the user/pass

hi mate cannot get in touch with person i got it from he is not around anymore is there another way round it cheers

have a go at making one, its quite easy eventually lol, and pretty cheap
