i bought a second hand k800i when it was charging i went into the application folder and saw a file called exacuter i didnt know what it was so i clicked on it and the fone turned off so it wont turn on now.
Any ideas what the problem is

The file probably bricked the phone. You will need to reflash it (you may as well debrand it) with new firmware. You can have a phone shop do it for about a tenner but you could do it yourself if you feel confident enough. All you need is the USB cable you got with your phone, firmware files and software to upload the firmware to the phone.

I have got everything i need but what programme do i use i have tried xs++ but it wont recognise the phone

Did you install the SEMC_BOOT drivers for the phone? You need to install these so that the computer detects the phone when you hold C.

your not having much look 01484
your k800i wont work
you can't unlock a nokia 6280
your ipod nano which suddenly stopped working
and you can't transfer more than 5mb to my phone
you tv box has black screen with white writting on it
your Peugeot 106 which i cannot understand how to remove the spanner icon in the speed meter
you can't program a fun card
i would be carefull going to the loo

HEHE mate is your battery fully charged if so when you try turning on is there a red light flshing in the infra red port by any chance common problem on k800i if it is will send further instructions.

the battery is fully charged.
The computer now detects the phone using xs++ software but i cant flash files because its a cid53 does anyone know which software supports it
