Hey just new have looked throught the forums many times and pleased with the help ive recieved to get the modem back online since they went down in Belfast.

I can get the 4200 working with F-Coax but the 4100 wont seam to work at all. Ive used the settings

62.254.32.20
62.254.32.21
63.254.32.21

but still no joy. ive included a pic
