Question Eurovox 2 to Max V 2008 Is It Possible???

Hey got a Eurovox 2 today its got blue firmware on it and had remote sensor fault just so happened to have Max V chassis and front panel was going to de-solder remote sensor and put on Max V sensor to sort problem out instead as its got the same chassis i just swapped the front panel and top cover and plugged front panel straight onto circuit board everything looks great as its a euro 2 in a max v case but i was thinking is it not possible to jtag it to a max v because then it will be a full max v and if it cant be done why cant it cuz as far as i know the only firmware it can be done to is max blue.
Thanks.

Thanks HONCHO i knew you would be the one to advise me. What would happen if it was put on? Would it like just not pick up any signal. Or would the prog not apply onto it?

There are a few reasons why you couldnt do it m8 as the mainboards do have differences the main 1 and major hurdle being the tuners are completely different and the max-v firmware does not contain the appropriate tuner driver for it. So even if you did somehow manage to flash it you wouldnt get any channels at all.
