the local isp here has skype blocked does anyone know of a way of downloading it? once downloaded it works privoxy and tor are not helping so any info would be appreciated.

How have they blocked it, if they've just blocked Skypes URL can't you get it from elsewhere like

softpedia.com/progDownload/Skype-Download-7034.html
