You are allowed up to 2 satellite dishes.
Maximum size of one dish:1 metre
Second dish,maximum size:60cm
Without planning permission.

I might get myself a 1m dish then. I think our sky one is probably 60cm seeing as its small

EDIT: Just out of curiosity, If I lived in a bigger detached house, would different rules apply for how big a dish could be and how many you could have?

Same rules apply to properties up to 15M(in height)
For properties above 15M(in height),4 dishes are allowed, maximum size of any single dish,1.3M.
Again without planning permission.

Thanks for that. Just wondering if I got confused with that info(which I already have) and I contacted the local planning authority, what would I tell them why I want 2 dishes?

You don't need planning permission for a second dish, provided it is no more than 1 metre.
Planning permission is only required if the satellite dish is over 1 metre, and a planning permission application costs anything from £75 upwards, and even then it still can get refused.

Does that mean that the grass is included?

I wouldn't want the tree anyway, it is too spindly to hide the dish and I have one already that would do that.

Seriroiusly though, if that dish was near to me I have a go at that. The LNB looks wierd though, looks like the scaler rings are for a prime focus.
