Default Help star view 4

Whilst setting up i loaded the first file off the USB stick and that went in ok the second started then the box froze and now i have nothing! anybody got suggestions ideas or fixes?????

have you tried turning it of then back on
when you say you have nothing does it say anything on the lcd is there anything on the tv screen

yes tried turning it off and on tv screen is blank (snowy) and the LCD displays 8882 ???

Great !! it was bubble cable boxes in kent. I presumed a reputable supplier, i had heard that they were a good box.

I am on my third box after my previous ones sticking at 8882. My retailer has said that he cant replace anymore and suggested that it may be a problem with my file or memory stick. Before I set up my new one can anybody help?
