Default Quick question

Sorry to ask but got a subbed 4001 pace box with paired card , and have been using a d box 2 while i get it back up and running .


Just wanted to know which is the better one to have for when i get my 4001 back up and running .

Do i sell the d box 2 or the pace 4001 ?????

Hi mate,

They're both pretty solid boxes. I had a pace 4001 and it worked for a good few years until the hardware went kaput! That was more my fault for fiddling about with it though. Also, the dbox I believe is more receptive to any future changes that may take place as it relies on having it's own memory almost like a "mini" computer and so they are probably the future. It will also command a higher sell-on fee than the pace. Ultimately, if you can keep them both, then that would be my choice. Just split the cable feed and have them hooked up in separate rooms!
