Firstly, posting 9+ replies in the space of less than 10 minutes will not get you any help faster, if anything, senior members would be 'turned-off' the idea of helping when faced with such.
You need firstly to check you have the latest firmware as pointed out by zedman, if you don't have the latest firmware installed on the box, you will need to flash it to the latest version in order to receive all the channels. And rather than ask how this is done, given there are numorous posts detailing that exact question, try the search function! If you are still unable to get anywhere after doing some reading/searching and attempting to update etc, or if you already have the latest firmware, let us know a little more about your setup - I.E: Cable runs (how long?) any splitters? Etc.. A side note.. Asking to be spoonfed is frowned upon and you will likely find most members unwilling to help you unless you first help yourself. This can be done by, as I have already pointed out, reading/searching the forums - the questions and problems you are experiencing have been answered/experienced before, and as such, a thread, or several are here somewhere with the answers, just gotta pull your finger out and search! Let us know how you get on
