i have just ordered the ex5100 pvr and i have a couple of questions. pease can anyone answer the following questions

1. how long is the buffer on the pvr (eg how long can you pause it for)

2. can you skip commercials (eg if you pause the film for about 15 mins at the start can you then skip the adverts).

3. how big is the epg at the moment on my max v 2008 it i only about 12 hrs. how big is it on the ex5100 pvr.

Not too sure how long the 'buffer' is but I have used it for about 75 min. You can the FF through adverts and rewind if required. When you end timeshift the recording is not lost but goes into the pvr library. My epg seems to only go from 06.00 - 06.00 next day.
