how about unlocking a locked phone

my friend reported his phone as stolen cus he actualy thought it got stolen
and he had another one on the insurance
but he actualy found the fone in his room
he dont want to ring his network up obviously cus he just claimed so how would he unlock it
its a sony ericsson c902

they don't mate as the imei is blocked by all UK networks, only way to get it back on-line is change the imei number, only the networks can unlock it well unblock it as that's what is it blocked
