there are a few samsung give a free tool with there software suite and a can be donwloaded from them.

also Free-Codecs.com :: Mobile 3GP Converter 1.1.0 : Convert 3GP files to uncompressed AVI files

is good

I use yasa 3gp video converter to convert avi wmv vob to 3gp. It works very well to me.

With all the current trends in playing media. I thin the best way to go is .avi format. So better check for converters for that type of format.

I'm too 3GP converter isn't bad, but I like Xilisoft 3GP converter. In fact all the Xilisoft converters are very good.
