Hi there just wondering with the cable section going V I P has pay per veiw been cracked on NTL

Yes, several years ago.

I am new here so cannot comment anymore until i understand what's really in the T&C.

What are the rules, and are they strict ? I have seen in a few posts thay "S*Y" is a no-no, i guess cable is the same.?
