Thanks mate, i've tried to transfer the fw from usb stick to the box, but its not transferring to the box. Its says reboot & then after a few seconds it comes on and fw has not transfered over. I've tried to manually tranfer the fw but still no luck

clue1, when you insert the usb drive into the back of the box, does a message appear, (very quickly), saying usb drive connected, or similar, if not its not seeing the drive.

mt usb drive has to be pushed in quite firmly

It first says Now Booting & then USB dectect ok & then it goes to welcome to HD 720p and thats it

I've tried updated the keys manually by pressing menu & then the blue botton, nothing comes up on screen.

Please help...

as no option to update keys, looks like the original FW, FTA channels. Do you have access to another memory stick? I know you've done this but make sure that FW is titled Flash.tbn, and make sure that it is on the root of the memory stick not in a folder.If you put memory stick into box press menu, arrow 4 times to the right to the USB menu, go to file list, is Flash.tbn listed?If not listed then their is an issue with either the flash.tbn file, its location on the memory stick, or the memory stick itself.If you've got access try with another memory stick or even external HDD drive.Let us know how you get on.Regards

Thanks mate, its listed on the usb menu, under file name, but when i go to the next screen file transfer, its not there. I've tried another memory stick but still nothing. Is there anything else i can do?

i think i might have got something, on the dat transfer screen it shows the flash.tbn file but its not transfering over to the box. Help please
