ROM11 B0D is the version of your original card. You need to unloop it in order to program it. You don't "unlock ROM11 on ATmega". You would unlock the B0D card, read the BK and then write the ATmega with the BK & IRD you got from the B0D. You may as well use the B0D as MOSCs (as they are most commonly known) are the best cards to use. I use the T911 unlooper to unlock cards, others should do the job too though but I recommend the T911 as I purchased from a reputable seller (TMC).

Afraid so mate if you wan't to read this card you will need to get an unlooper and unloop it first.
