Can dbox2 files be used on DM500C?

Hi, am I right in thinking that roms, service and cams files used in a dbox2 can be used in a DM500C?

So you can save money by buying a DM500C and just using the same software that you would use on a Dbox2. Thats cool I think il be going down this road DDD Im not looking to Hijack the thread m8 just asking a question about the same thing in your post.

Will the DM500C be as good as a Dbox2 when it come to Picture quality and epg and so on.

D Box images are not fully compatable on Dream box

I understand images are different, but I was unsure of cams, roms and service files.

I am looking for a reliable and good quality picture and I am unsure whether to go for a clone dm500c from China or a dbox2 from germany.
The picture quality on the dbox2 using Commando 10C was awesome, but the box was still freezing etc.

Any recomendations about what box would be recommended.
Will a Dbox2 from Germany be stable??

i use a few bro subbed hacked box gd
eurovox maxv good easy as pie
dbox2 works 100% harder to set up though

and have use sv 1-3 hated em 500c real was great anah dont touch clones me as i dont care for em as always wee nigglesor big problems eh

what roms did u have in comandos flash bro as i have image that dont stutter eh

I used all the files which were contained in the 'magic' files for commando 10c (Lib, e*u and k*ys)

YES, roms and emus no problem.

Be careful with the services and bouquets...........if you have flashed the dream with a neutrino image then it works exactly the same as the dbox2, services and bouquets go in var/tuxbox/config/zapit.

If you have flashed with an enigma image then you must have enigma services to transfer to your box ( convert dbox2 services with bouquet wizard 3 or similar ) otherwise execute a scan and sort your bouquets with BW3 or dreamup.
