Anyone had this problem, on a normal sky box the BBC 1 (west) has changed to BBC 1 (london), also the channel 4 and channel 5 has disapeared from the menu lists.
It maybe one of the kids have messed about with the remote in some way.
Can someone kindly tell me what to do, to have these two channel back

Try this first

1) Pull the plug out of the wall, leave it 5 minutes then plug it in again

2) Take the card out and put it back in the slot.

Ive noticed today on my sky box that channel 5 has been removed. Does this mean i need a different card to receive it?
