digivox_12092007_v2600_api

whats the diference and which one do i use
its for a black digivox

on another site im guessing thats right and i use downloader 10

I followed the instruction in setting up 2 digivox xl by downloading the firmware. The boxes are showing 'chdl'. The boxes also keep failing after getting to flash burning during downloading. Can anyone please help!

what i did is linked it to my pc with a null modem cable
9 pin female to female cable
then i plugged it in to the power and leave it to settle down proply
let it finish counting down

then open downloader 10 and click browse
find your firmware digivoxxl_v1240_api and make sure you select the right com port and click download
it will start counting up and just leave it
if it dont start up then you are using the wrong com port
