My stupid old man has erased all the channels from his Eurovox (blue box).

I have tried helping him scan for channels but I've forgotten more than I know and the box isn't picking up anything.

Please could someone confirm the symbol rate for the Swansea area?

Were You telewest Or pure ntl in your area??

Pure Ntl 6887 OR Telewest 6952

Its one or the other.
