Exclamation Engineers menu ?

Having problem getting engineers menu upon a pace D4000.

I hold up and down buttons while powering on but i just get a blue screen and then vm sign with AP:52 on the box itself ??

Please help.

think u need to check connection think someone on here said if stuck on that its trying to find connection

just check connectins r screwed in tight in back of box and on wall
