box super problems

HI the box keeps losing channels I do full auto scan then set default key go to discovery channel then it says data updating. This is just like when you flash with new software. but software same & emu on. is this virmin or box crashing.

Have you tried factory reset before doing a full auto scan?

Try a factory reset
Then auto scan
Once channels found
Menu 1570
Set default key
Emu on
Exit back to $ channel
Let it update

Cheers for replies but I have done that a good few times. The problem is the box for no reason stops decoding. Its not auto roll problem as I do not reflash I just rescan then default key. This has never happend on any previous starviews & box super usb in next room is ok. It just is a little problem so no great worry just wanted to know if anyone else having same trouble.
