VM Box Keeps on Switching off

Hi all

i hope you guys can give me advise on this one

I used to have two VM boxes in my house, one in the living room and one in my bedroom, I now have one VM box that I moved downstairs and replaced my bedroom VM box with a starview USB box which works perfect. the thing is the VM box downstairs seems to keep resetting itself, sometimes 4 times in 5 minutes

Im gonna call VM about this but I will disconnect my starview box before I do call them

I just want to know if anyone has had this problem with a VM box resetting itself once another cable receiever has been fitted

have you tried swapping boxes about, or disconnecting the s/v? also,which is the first box to the in cable..i have a vm box and s/v3 connected downstairs plus a chipped box upstairs, which is first in loop. thats my lot i,m afraid.ynwa

found out that the VM box was faulty so VM have changed it for a new one
