I have just watched my first programme on the new Ex7000 on BBC1 and the subtittles are on.I have checked to see in the settings if they are turned on,but they seem to be turned off.Am i doing something wrong.Any help would be appreciated..

Mine did that until I upgraded the firmware to 22/1/09 from 8/1/09.

i have it on mine and so does my dad, i think its a firmware issue
