Default Eurovox ex1000 help

Hi guys, was on a few weeks ago for help but not been back on as my tv an broadband both broke down. Thankfully it is now fixed however I have connected my eurovox to my tv and it has found all the channels, however most channels (ie setanta, sky sports) are coming up saying Scrambled channel when I try to view them. Am I doing something wrong or does my box need to be "flashed"?

Menu, config, clear data that will restore it to factory settings. Then make sure you enter the correct settings eg. Provider, Symbol rate then give it a full scan. Hope it helps!
