ive read this it should help you out you may need deja vu toolbar once you got that click on the downloads tab

Follow these steps & you will be okay mate

Firstly you will need.

thebox_H20071015_454eE_api.bin
thebox_H20071130_802E_api.bin
v4.03_051005.exe
thebox_logobg.bin

Connect the null modem cable provided to the PC COM port & THEBOX receiver. Make sure the receiver is powered on.
Open v4.03_051005.exe
PRESS THE BIN FILE BUTTON & SELECT thebox_H20071015_454eE_api.bin PRESS DOWNLOAD. Let the download finish. The display on the receiver will say “ON”.

THEN

PRESS THE BIN FILE BUTTON & SELECT thebox_logobg.bin, MAKE SURE BACKGROUND DATA FILE radio button is selected THEN PRESS DOWNLOAD. Let the download finish. The display on the receiver will say “ON”.

THEN

PRESS THE BIN FILE BUTTON & SELECT thebox_H20071130_802E_api.bin PRESS DOWNLOAD. Let the download finish. The display on the receiver will say “ON”.

This process will take approximately 5 MINUTES ONLY in total.
