Help with Eurovox EX7000 HD+

Hi everyone,

I am looking to get some guidance to setup a Eurovox 7000 HD+ for use on Virgin (NTL)

I stumbled upon the chatterbox IE toolbar which is very cool.

Having done some reading on the subject I have come up with the following steps

1. Get the box (duh)
2. Flash the box with the latest firmware for the model
3. Get a card reader / writer
4. Flash the card, and pair the card with the box
5. Scan for channels

What I am getting confused over is the theory and the detail:

Is it possible to use one of these boxes to recieve all channels and HD content on the Virgin/NTL network?

Once I flashed the box, I guess I would have to flash it now and again as problems occur?

Channel Keys - I get the impression that these change regularly and have to be keyed into the box as they change? Or is there a clever way of making a box "auto-update" to get the updated keys as they become available?

I will be grateful for any help, and will of course help others as I get more savy with the technology
