your box maybe in an update ..it may need to go into the right area ....the best thing you can do is take the lid off and take pics of that ...also what area are you in

up down button have not been working for months now. took lid of last tues night to check ribbons and last night keep changing channels by itself then up button working as well as service and standby but not down channel
