Question Rs232 / null modem cable ??

I am a little confused, I need to change the net id on a pace d4000.
It has a 2 scart and 1 usb on back of box.

Which cables would i need to plug into latop to use libby and change the net id.

Thanks in advance

You need a Max232 either soldered to the board or a Scart > Serial which are unreliable.

The other way to change the NetID is using a Funcard (which will of course require a programmer) but you don't need to use Libby.

Are you in an NTL area? If so reset the box by removing the red jumper for 5 mins and boot it up to the engineers menu and it'll set the NetID itself.
