looks like vm are up to somethin modems keep goin down all over the place even with the new haxorwre there hittin the 255s and the black motos..anyone else havin same probs ??

Can only get 2meg for now,no more 20 meg for me!!..

When this has happened, people have been advised to change the last two digits of their nic mac again.

or

remove ethernet cable from your modem and boot it up!,then put your ethernet cable back in and in the network card config refresh/repair ip and then check your speed! using the cmreg-ntlhm250-rts22.cm.

Damn my ambit 200 has not worked today and has been ok for the last year, was on 20mb mac from stoke-on-trent Oh well at least I saved a lot of money with it lol. If theres any fix lemme know, If it has been changed to docsis 2.0 then only the motorola modems will work and if you change the telnet user and pass on them they cant brick it, well thats what it says on this unbrickable modem on ebay from cableguy lol?

Is that true the motorola surfboard modems will continue to work in stoke on trent even though the 20 meg is on docsis 2??..
Im asking as my mate from another forum has offered me a surfboard for sale,will it still work the firmware on it is sumthing like co ax i think??

The Surfboard supports Docsis 2.0
