Yes mate the tiny unlooper unlocks both rom10 and 11 with no probs and the phoenix card reader will work for what you want.

To get the bk from a 1010 you will need to use a led simm unless you can get the details from the card.

can some 1 tell me how to identify cable cards if its a rom 10 or a rom 11 thanks

and how do i know if the talk back is cut right

If you stick it in programmer and read it will tell you card type and revision, most cards will be locked and thats all you will get, you need an unlooper to unlock and get BK.
