noisy laptop

hi can anyone help. my hp laptop as got really noisy and gets very warm. is there anyway i can stop this??? thanks pbf

Is the fan clogged up with bits of fluff etc, or jammed ?

it depends wot programs u are runnin on the laptop,
my lenovo laptop was doin the same so i opened my laptop not all of it just where the fan is omg it was full with dust and **** lol i gave it a good clean and now works smother and dont make big noises to wake neighbours up lol
