Default voxer not working with eurovox 5100 pvr

hello

i have recently purchased the ex5100 pvr and i am trying to backup the CDF file. when i have loaded the voxer and tried to receive the service file it finds the eurovox on port com1 but i click start and it stays at 0%

how do i backup the cdf file form my eurovox ex5100 pvr

Sumtimes mine does that so i cancel it & receive it again..
It usually works then mate..
If its finding your eurovox its working right..

i have tried that and it is still doing it. also tried max v 2008 to make sure it wasn't my pc and that worked first time.

i have tried the following to get it to work, all failed to fix fault

1. rebooted pc.
2. update windows
3. download new software
4. disabling firewall and antivirus
5. on standby and switched on

thing is it is saying that it has found it on com1 and then click start and it doesn't off 0%

Works fine for me with both voxer and the UFL application, although you can't edit with UFL any more.

after the following instructions from lincsat it is working now.

i basically rebooted the eurovox and then retried using the ufl first and then voxer and they both work now.

i didn't think to reboot the STB thanks for the help.
