Virgin remote control sound buttons not working

I've not got another scart lead to try. All the buttons on the box work, they just don't alter the sound.

Well you will have to wait until you get one then mate me thinks,simple solution could solve all your probs.

This happened to me recently and i was as baffled as you. The solution is simple though. On the back of your vbox, there are two scart sockets. Make sure the scart is inserted into the BOTTOM socket.
