Samsung 2100c jtag HELP PLS im tired

just a grey silver solder. iv not used flux before. is it the same flux that people use on pipes that cream white stuff?.

i can solder ok its jus everytime i let go i comes off. will flux help it stay on?

im posting a couple picks of my points they gone grayish cause of trying so many time can u have a look pls and tell me if theyre fried or ok

Cant really tell from pics, get flux from maplins or electronics type shop, plumbers type not really for electrical work, silver solder is the best stuff, have you got a mate or someone who can solder ?

them points are in bad nick! you 1, need to get some flux and 2, get a hotter, bigger soldering iron to the one your using. you need to melt it all into a blob and then maybe use a bit of desolder braid to flatten them down. perhaps get some solid core wire, (the stuff out of hardwire cat5/6) or telco wire and push this through as you heat up the points.
