Ambit Config, 250 help please.

Hi there, still all kinda new to this,

iv managed to get my old modem up n running (250), im using ambit config tool 0.97b and on infinite fw and using the buisness pkage 03, im gettin 20mb n 1mb uploaded still but when it comes to downloaded i cant get past 2.35mb, could sum1 please help me? ambit tool is the only software that works on my pc too, and using a 20mb mac,

iv heard of this FORCING thing, whats that? and can i do that on ambit?
