I am trying to reset the Net ID for this box. I have tried Libby but it's not working. There has been a mod done inside the box, there is a piece of wire running from the CIM connecting to the RF on the opposite side of the box. I want it up and running in the Ex C & W 41048 area.

Can somebody help me please?

That box is for pure area mate,im sure there is some way to get it working in another area though. The wire from cim to rf socket is just so you can run a cable from rf socket to your tele to pick up bbc1 bbc itv ect(I think).

I've heard that the Atmels can be reprogrammed to work in Ex C & W?

not the attys theres a platform chip if you have an old 4000n you can use the platform chip from that wen the box rolls up you can swap back
