Putty is better. You'll find it on google. :-)

you will find Hyperterminal in your own pc goto start button, accessories, communications folder

not on vista and putty is better.

never used putty might give that a go on my next modem....any reason for it being better? just wondering that's all......

(btw you can copy the hyper .DLL and the .EXE from an xp machine and make it run on vista if you have the files in a folder)
