Hi wondering if anyone can help me out.

Ive got a tiny unlooper and when im trying to run sidewider it has an error and wont open, but once in a blue moon when i click it, it will run? it did open not a problem, but ive tried a few cards and it wont run all the time only once every so often, can anyone help thanks

I think thats common with sidewinder, you just keep clicking till it runs, is your vcc set right?
