Ambit tool..Help !!

hi

i bought already flashed to infinite firmware its ambit 255

i try to connect using ambit tool..but it wont connect its tcp/ip failure

whats wrong??

my cousin was saying that its already flashe so dont need to use ambit tools..just use mac changer to change mac add..

Is he right??

can any one please show me to right direction

the ambit tool is the mac changer, the username & passwords have probably been changed on the modem thats why the ambit tool will not connect!

password is same

username - admin
pass - infinite

because i can get in by using progarame call 250 Mac changer..but with ambit tool i cant i am using vista

i can change mac with mac changer..but no luck so far
do i have to change tftp aswell ??

please help me !!
