Default low snr leading to connection problems?

hey guys/gals my snr on my modem (ambit 255 infinate)is jumping from 25.3 to 29.8 could this be the problem why my Internet won't connect?only my power n Ethernet lights come on......how can I fix this??I'm so confussed

untick force config and use a 20mg mac, this seams to be working for now m8

Did you even bother to read the post? I think not. This problem has **** all to do with forcing configs.

I have had problems installing in someones house when the SNR has been too low. What you need is a CATV Amplifier with an ACTIVE RETURN. This *should* fix your problem, it fixed my friend's signal issues. SNR should generally be 32 or higher.
