hiya all
weve got a ditv 1000 box which was working fine but then suddenly the box stopped working and it shows no channels whatsoever we thought the funcard might need reprogamming so we got it done by the guy who normally used to do it, but even after that the box just stays on zero no channels come on not even bbc 1 etc
plzzzzz could any1 help

check cable connections, look in eng menu to see if net id and signal is ok, have you tried a reboot ?

think cr1 an cr2 ...ie old software is no more in some cw areas ...what menus have you got and what area are you in

hi looked in eng menu noticed 2 things
the net id is wrong ,and it says tuning parameters corrupt
so i assume ill have to correct the net id 1st

Yes mate set your net-id to the correct area first and then try again.

cos its my 1st time just wanted to make sure cos im going to try and make a blank funcard the other 1s gone ,so do i set the net id with libby or will it just set itself wen i put the new programmed funcard in

You can use libby to set the net id unless your are in a pure area then the box will set the id itself.

You can also you the funcard method. There is a tut for this on the forum.
