windows keeps popping up with security center alert about a worm trojon called win32.Zafi.B, i have done a virus scan 5 times and also tried trojon remover and it picked up nothing, but this alert still keeps popping up, so maybe i still have the worm trojon, please help out what should i do?

my anti virus is a good one it is Kaspersky 2009,

thanks, i have installed malware bytes, and it has worked i think, my pc stills seems slower mind.
