Hello everybody!
I am pretty new to this so please forgive any cyber gaffs that may follow. Having upgraded my Av kit I am now in possession of a Humax Foxsat HDR1 therefore I need to acquire a DiSEqC 1.2 dish with twin output LNB’s. The kit will be located at the following OS co-ordinates: Lat:53:42:07N (53.70185) Lon:2:47:44W (-2.79551) I am fairly handy installation wise but baffled by the choice of dish, LNB, motor and cable. Help! |

Hi,
A popular DiSEqC motor would be the Moteck, Technomate or Stab. Recommended dish I'd say is a Gibertini or FR Penta with as low a noise LNb as possible, Inverto or Invacom. Cable wise, use benchmarked such as wf100 as an example. You should get a good sweep on the arc with this equipment correctly installed. |
