Thumbs up Starview PVR (AKA The Box PVR)

Well my box is a starview PVR.. and its sliver..

one day i came home from work and turn my box on. then my tele i noticed that my box has not moved from the word "ON" .. now its been flash with the new software and worked fine till now.

My problems are:

1: I Cant Flash the box anymore.. the Remote / PCU dont work when typing in OK / EXIT

2: It wont move from the word "ON"

Now could this be a CAP problem as ive looked and i can see them damaged.

I have Removed the CAP21 and you get that BUZZING noise.

Then i removed CAP 11 I have ordered a new1 so im waiting on that. (should be here tomorrow)

All im wondering is there any fix on this. if that caps dont work.

Thanks for all your help.
