dream box dc500 ???

whats going on with the dream box dc 500 ?? im loseing channels 2day 14/02/09 sky premiere has gone ??? ive lost so many channels now why ?? and how do i get them back ??

Go into the setup menu and run an automatic scan. After the scan press OK then red and scroll alphabetically to see if your missing channels are back.....new found channels are normally marked with a flag. Once you find the channels you are looking for just drop them into the bouquets of your choice.

nah these channels have deff o gone bro ?? sc fi sky 2 n 3 some uk tv channels and now sky premiere im on virgin and have a chipped telewest box as well and no sky prem on there aswell ?
